Dear Anon,
1. Under the Eight House Theory one can still sleep at different positions or `switch places'.
For example; if the bed is located at the North sector: Husband's intangible force is `irritation' while wife's intangible force is `prosperity' The wife should sleep closer to the `North' sector. The husband can sleep further away from this North sector.
2. For the kitchen/bathroom at the centre of the house.
It is preferred that at the `centrepoint' of the house (best to have clear space).
Hopefully; try to avoid if possible: the toilet bowl / stove directly at this centrepoint. Objects that are `off-centre' to this can still be acceptable.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
